About Village Well Books & Coffee
A hallmark of the Village Well, the first independent, general interest bookstore in Culver City, is its dedication to social issues. Each month, the store highlights a different cause, providing reading lists, links to organizations that are helping to address the subject, and opportunities to gather, hear from experts and learn from each other.
The store opened its physical doors in late 2020, with all social distancing protocols in place, including sidewalk seating, reduced indoor seating, rigorous cleaning practices, plenty of hand sanitizer, curbside pick-up and home delivery. Current store hours are from 8 am – 3 pm, 7 days a week. The store will open for expanded hours in the coming weeks.
